Marine charged with hurling kitten against wall

A U.S. Marine faces a felony animal cruelty charge for allegedly hurling a kitten into a patio wall at a friend's Midtown home, leaving its owner saddled with thousands of dollars in veterinary bills, the San Diego Humane Society announced today.
