A new report finds that home sales in San Diego County fell 1-point-4
percent in September ... compared to the same month a year ago. But sales in
September rose 6-point-2 percent compared to the previous month ... according
to the California Association of Realtors report. The median price of an
existing single-family home in the county last month was 386-thousand-and-50
dollars compared to 375-thousand-710 dollars in August.
