HOLLYWOOD -- Stephanie Pratt, one of the stars of the MTV reality show "The Hills," was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Hollywood early Sunday morning.
Pratt was pulled over at around 3:45 a.m. and taken into custody.
She was booked on suspicion of DUI, and released on $5,000 bail Sunday afternoon.
Pratt and several 'Hills' castmates had been celebrating Holly Montag's 26th birthday at a nightclub called Empire.
Strangely enough, Pratt tweeted the following before heading to the club: "its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :("
Some spectators who saw Pratt get busted apparently started taking pictures, which prompted a fight with others on the street while Pratt was being cuffed.
Pratt was the only one taken into custody.
Pratt reportedly took two breathalyzer tests and blew a .08 and a .09, in that order. The legal limit in California is .08.
This isn't the first time the reality starlet has made headlines for bad behavior.
In a 2007 US Magazine interview, Pratt revealed previous substance abuse problems and discussed an incident in which Pratt shoplifted $1,300 worth of merchandise from a Neiman Marcus in Honolulu in 2006, where she was working as a production assistant on ABC's "LOST".
