Arthel Neville
1. Ideal vacation spot?
Definitely any place with an ocean view, great food and historical sites.

2. Most memorable news story you’ve covered?
Hurricane Katrina (Arthel is from New Orleans)

3. What music is on your iPod?
To start with: The Neville Brothers, Prince and Jason Mraz. I listen to all kinds of music. From country, to soft rock to R & B ... Boy! It varies. When you grow up with a father who's a musician, you get introduced to a variety of music early on. My mom loves music too! My husband is a musician, so bottom line, music is ever present in our house!

4. Who has inspired you most in your career and life and why?
Ed Bradley took me under his wing when I was a cub reporter. I was a full-time student at the University of Texas as well as a FULL-time reporter (Whew!). Anyway, Ed gave me truly invaluable advice and I'm so grateful that he kept doing so up until his last days on this earth. I love and miss him!

1. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and why? (San Diego excluded)
Aspen, Colorado. It's stunning winter, spring, summer and fall … with a grandeur that is nothing short of breathtaking. It also has this wonderful combination of having a cosmopolitan element, while offering all the friendly amenities you'd expect out of a small mountain town. And despite its "Starwood" reputation, it has rows of simple, old Victorian homes that line tree-covered streets on the edge of town. Visiting my in laws is perfect because we get to enjoy the skiing, shopping and dining of the ritzy Aspen Village, and then bunk at my in-laws house!

2. Five people you would like to have dinner with, dead or alive?
I would give my right hand to have dinner again with my "Grampa and Gramma Bade," the father I never knew, Maya Angelou and the late John F. Kennedy, Jr. He was my first crush.

3. The one food you could eat everyday for the rest of your life?
Even though I'm 100% Irish, I should have been Italian. I could eat pasta 'til the end of time.

4. What’s on your iPod?
My iPod is broken down into categories like "Girls Rock" (all rock and roll songs by women from Janis Joplin to Sheryl Crow, Melissa Ethridge, Rihanna and Pink). I have one dedicated to my daughter "Campbell" that has songs I either sang to her as a baby, or remind me of her. I'm Arizona raised, so you've got to have some country. And I have a category that holds all the songs from my courtship, wedding and marriage to my husband. And of course, you've got to have Ozzy Osborne, U2, Aerosmith, Queen, and anything else that might get you motivated to workout! Lord knows I need that!

Chrissy Russo
1. Stranded on an island, what five people are with you?
David Duchovny for obvious reasons.
Tim Sullivan (UT columnist for the conversation)
Joe Busalacchi (Busalacchi Restaurants) for the delicious pasta and red wine.
Julie Foudy (pro soccer player) for the fitness.
Natasha Stenbock and Ruben Galvan for the friendship and parties!

2. What's on your iPod?
The same 50 songs I put on 3 years ago when I bought it. It’s a shuffle by the way. It look me 6 months to figure out how to make it work. I am happy with the 50 songs. No need to stress out for another 6 months trying to figure our how to put more songs on there. Plus I am too cheap to buy them.

3. Weather is your life, we all know, but what do you like to do in your spare time?
Spare time? Mostly working the pre-game show for the Padres and trying to get an occasional work out. I love playing with the animals in the San Diego Zoo Annex in my backyard. Betty, the weather goat; Sally, the golden retriever; Maya and Matias, the Viezlas and two chickens and a duck. Too many animals.

4. If you could be someone else, just for one day, who would it be and why? I'd be Greg Maddux. He has the rare combination of superior physical talent, and superior emotional intelligence. That would be nice to know what that feels like! He’s dag old though, I better be ready for some aches and pains for that day.

Susan Lennon
1. Who, in the news, would you like most like to meet?
I would like to meet with both presidential candidates to see if I could get any straight answers.

2. What’s on your iPod?
My iPod has everything from Akon to Jimmy Buffet ... I love music.

3. Vegetables or fruits?
I love veggies no one likes: Brussel sprouts and cauliflower, but I also like anything potato ... mashed, fried, chips ... it's all good.

4. Who has inspired you the most and why?
My mom is a hero to me, so much adversity, but never complains. She has taught me by example what true kindness is all about. My dad gave me the greatest gift. He taught me what it was like to be unconditionally loved … even when I didn't deserve it.

Kyle Hunter
1. Frank Sinatra, Beatles, Elvis or Green Day and why?
Frank Sinatra because I met him and he is incredibly talented. That’s not to say the others aren’t.

2. Hurricane Frederick. It was the first reporting gig I had….. in the 5th grade.
Hurricane Frederick. It was the first reporting gig I had….. in the 5th grade.

3. What's on your ipod?

4. Your top five television shows? Present and past.

1. Your favorite vacation spot?
It's hard to decide on just ONE place, but I guess I have one happy place. There's an island in the south of Thailand called Koh Tao. About a two hour flight south of Bangkok, followed by a three hour ferry ride, and 20 minute tut tut drive. I went there in 2006, and I have been back a couple times. It’s just a very quiet, sleepy paradise, with some of the world's best diving and snorkeling. No women asking if I want special massages, no taxi drivers hounding me, or suit makers harassing me, but still very much filled with the sort of charm that a trip to Thailand brings.

2. What cartoon character best describes you?
I'd like to say Invisible Man, because I prefer to operate below the radar on most days. But wait, there aren't too many black folks in cartoons, so unless I'm Cleveland from Family Guy, or Chef from South Park, not too many cartoon characters I identify with.

3. Most interesting story you have covered in the news?
I've been really lucky in my career, having covered everything from hard news to entertainment, to the hosting world. Probably the story that had the most impact on me, was being a reporter for NBC News in New York during 9/11. My apartment was 10 blocks from ground zero, so it was hard to avoid living and experiencing the full impact of that story.

At CNN I got to do several fun assignments from the red carpet at the Oscars to film festivals in Maui. But my favorite from that end of my career, was being at the Cannes film festival. It was not only fun, but very tiring. We'd spend our mornings watching movies, early afternoon doing live shots, late afternoon at movies, spend our nights partying with the stars, spend our late nights, partying with the stars, and wake up early to do it all again and still be functional. It was television hazing, but lots of fun.

4. Coke or Pepsi
By far, Diet Coke.

Raoul Martinez
1. What current TV character describes you the most?
Chandler Bing from Friends is the character that describes me the best. He’s funny, self-deprecating, sarcastic, and doesn’t take himself too seriously. Jack Tripper from Three’s Company would be a good guy to be also. He’s hilarious.

2. What's on your iPod?
Every song by Offspring and Green Day! Also the Les Mis soundtrack and Dr. Dre. How’s that for eclectic?

3. If you were in a rock band, which instrument would you play and why?
I’d be one of those drummer/lead singer types! My uncle Omar was the drummer for Paul Revere and the Raiders (60’s band) for over 30 years so it’s in my blood. Plus Cubans have good rhythm.

4. Ideal vacation spot?
Anything Caribbean! Bahamas, St. John, Jamaica ... bring it on!

Walter Makaula
1. You are stranded on a desert island, who is the one person you would trust to get you off and why?
You're assuming I'd want to get off.
Being stranded on a deserted island can be a good thing with the right people.

2. What music is on your ipod?
I have a little bit of everything on my ipod. Different situations require different musical inspiration.

3. Dogs or cats?
Love them both, but I'm more of a dog person.

4. Top five movies?
The best movies are the ones I create and direct in my own head. I get to pick who stars in them, how the movie ends, and best of all, they're free.
