House decides he's in love with Cuddy and hires a P.I. to spy on her
At the psychiatric institution and apart from his beloved, bossy Cuddy, House comes to the conclusion that he is passionately in love with her and, like the Grinch who heard the Who's singing, his heart grows three sizes. And what does House do with those he cares about most? Hires a private investigator to dress as janitors and ice cream truck drivers and spy on them.
